To determine strategies, first, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are examined by looking at the internal space and external factors, based on which, using the SWOT matrix, strategies are extracted.

Each strategy in the subset of one of the goals determines the method of achieving the goal. Identifying internal and external stakeholders also helps to identify factors. Then, in order to achieve each strategy, plans are identified that need to be timed and budgeted.

Strategy (SO)
This strategy is related to the internal situation of the organization and evaluates its positive points (strengths and weaknesses).

This strategy can create an ever-increasing state in the organization. Every company wants to be in this position to be able to maximize the use of opportunities by taking advantage of capabilities. (Meetings and presenting successful experiences, as well as designing training courses such as knowledge management, learning organizations, etc. can be useful in this regard)

Strategy (WO)
This strategy is related to the internal situation of the organization and evaluates its negative points (weaknesses).

The goal of the second strategy is to reduce weaknesses and increase opportunities. Sometimes companies are not able to take advantage of opportunities because of their fundamental weaknesses, so designing training courses to eliminate weaknesses can enable the company to take advantage of opportunities.

Strategy (ST)
This strategy is related to the external situation of the organization and evaluates its positive points (opportunities) in relation to the outside. This strategy is based on the company’s ability to withstand threats and its goal is to increase existing capabilities and reduce threats by designing training courses.

Strategy (WT)
This strategy is related to the external situation of the organization and evaluates its negative points (threats ahead) in relation to the outside. The goal of this strategy is to reduce threats as much as possible. A company that is on the verge of bankruptcy can take advantage of various strategies such as liquidation, merger and survival by holding courses such as strategic management.
